Practice area:
There is a practice putting green at the end of the parking lot in front of the pro shop and there is a practice chipping green on the other side of the pro shop from the parking lot.
Course facilities:
The pro shop is to the left when you first come into the parking lot.  It isn't very big and is where you buy your round of golf.  They have golf accessories, snacks, drinks, or even a lunch for you to buy.  The golf carts are in the back and where the faculty works is in the back as well.
Course play:
The course is an 18-hole public course that is just south of Port Columbus.  There are trees on both sides of the most of the fairways on the course to make your second shot difficult if you can't get the ball in the fairway. The first hole is the first hole of the front nine and is fairly simple with the fairway going straight until the end where it has a slight curve to the left where the green is.  There is a small lake that runs through the end of the second hole and the beginning of the third hole with the ladies tees being on an island in the lake. The second hole is straight, but the lake is right before you get to the green so you better be careful on your second shot.  The third hole is straight and the lake is fairly easy to hit over.  The fourth hole starts very slightly right then goes back to the left to bring it back to the original line and goes gradually uphill to the hole. Golfers need to be careful not to hit a shot too far past the green because you may end up hitting into the pond that is part of the ninth and eighteenth hole.

The fifth hole is straight and goes down hill at the beginning with no trees on the right except for a few as you get closer to the hole.  The sixth hole is a par five that is only about four-hundred yards from the men's tees but has a steep hill in the middle of the hole then slightly curves right and the hole is on top of the hill.  The seventh hole is a par three with some bushes on the left side of the green.  The eighth hole is straight with few trees past the tee boxes.  Golfers need to be careful not to hit the ball left very far because Hamilton Road is just to the left and there isn't much stopping the ball from going into the street.  The ninth hole is a par three with a pond in-between you and the hole and is the last hole of the front nine.  Golfers still need to be careful about the road although the ninth hole isn't as close to the road as the eighth is.

The tenth hole is the start of the back nine and has a slight curve to the left.  The eleventh hole starts a little to the left then curves right with the lake ending on the right side near the green of the hole.  The twelfth hole is a par three that is behind the lake of holes two, three, eleven, and thirteen.  The thirteenth hole has a slight curve to the right once it reaches the lake until it reaches the green.  The fourteenth hole has a very slight curve to the right and the fifteenth hole is just to the right.

The fifteenth hole goes straight and is right next to hole fourteen. The sixteenth hole is a par five that is next to the par five on the front nine.  The hole also goes straight and slowly uphill.  The seventeenth hole goes slightly right and has few trees to the left.  The eighteenth hole is a par three that is just to the left of the ninth hole and goes over the same pond and is the last hole of the course.  Big Walnut Creek goes around the course and is to the left of holes ten, eleven, twelve, the beginning of thirteen, and the end of six.  Almost all of the bunkers on the course are right next to the green with the exception of the one on hole five.
